Annapurna Labs is hiring a Senior Software Development Engineer to lead the NVIDIA ML communication stack for EC2 distributed AI/ML systems. The role involves enabling NVIDIA GPUs across AWS EC2 machines, supporting frameworks and communication libraries such as NCCL, NVSHMEM, NIXL, NCCL GIN, and CUDA kernels, and leading senior, mid-level, and junior software development engineers. Candidates need at least five years of systems design or architecture experience, five years of full software development lifecycle experience, recent engineering leadership or mentoring experience, and five years of C or C++ programming experience.
