GoTo is hiring a Senior Software Developer for its CMGMT (Call Management) team to design, build, test, and operate Java and Golang services that power voice calling, IVR, dial-plan routing, and call-management functionality. The role owns features from design through production, contributes to architecture and reliability, supports CI/CD migration, Kubernetes deployment, observability, incident response, and on-call rotations, and uses AI coding tools regularly. It is a hybrid position based anywhere in Quebec, requiring Java, Golang, microservices, cloud-native, AWS, Git, CI/CD, Linux, and macOS experience, with French knowledge required for Quebec-based work.
