Amazon is hiring a Senior Software Development Engineer in Benefits Engagement Technology and Services (BETS) to serve as a tech lead for one of two large-scale AI-native products. The role owns team-level architecture and software development across the full lifecycle, leads ambiguous, cross-organization initiatives, mentors engineers, and drives adoption of AI-native build loops using Amazon Bedrock AgentCore and MCP. The position is based in Dallas, Texas, and offers a base salary of $168,100 to $227,400 annually plus sign-on payments and restricted stock units.
