Calibro Corp. is seeking a Senior Software Development Lead / Solution Architect to establish and lead a software development function in Houston. The role will initially advance a Python-based application in AI-assisted development environments, establish development standards and SDLC processes, partner with business stakeholders, support Microsoft-centric migration and integration efforts, and build and mentor a future development team. The position is onsite, contract-to-hire, and follows a 9/80 work schedule.
