Description
Amazon is hiring a Senior Software Development Manager to lead the Product Experience team within the Buying Experience organization. The role owns the multi-year technical roadmap and delivery of above-the-fold product-detail-page features across desktop, mobile web, and the Amazon Shopping app in more than 20 marketplaces. Responsibilities include leading software engineers and front-line managers, translating business goals into a prioritized backlog, delivering customer-facing launches, and operating large-scale services with strong uptime, latency, error-budget, and on-call quality standards. The role requires at least 10 years of engineering experience, 5 years of engineering team management experience, and experience with consumer software, product or program management, and Agile program delivery.
