Prime Video is hiring a Senior Software Development Manager to lead three strategic infrastructure disciplines: scale forecasting and capacity assurance, core compute and AI infrastructure efficiency, and privacy engineering. Reporting to the Director of READI, the manager will own multi-year capacity models, event-based readiness reviews, compute and GPU utilization, cost-to-serve, privacy-by-design controls, and risk remediation across Prime Video’s streaming infrastructure. The role leads managers and senior engineers, partners with AWS, Finance, Legal, Security, and other teams, and sets multi-year technical strategy in a high-scale environment. The position is based in Seattle, Washington, with a base salary of $220,100 to $297,700 annually.
