Amazon Lab126 is hiring a Senior Software Development Manager to build and deliver software platform services focused on next-generation agentic technologies. The role spans high-performance computing, virtual desktop infrastructure, license and budget management systems, data engineering, and machine learning in physics initiatives, while also owning the organization’s strategy, scaling systems, and building a collaborative engineering team. The position requires at least 10 years of engineering experience, 5 years of engineering team management experience, and 10 years of consumer software development experience, along with experience partnering with product or program management teams and managing multiple concurrent programs in an Agile environment.
