UTA is hiring a Senior Software Development Manager to lead engineering execution for enterprise financial systems, including payments, invoicing, revenue recognition, and deal execution. The role owns scalable backend and full-stack services, AWS cloud architecture, secure and compliant integrations, service reliability, and the growth of a backend and platform engineering team. It requires 10+ years of engineering experience, including 3+ years leading backend or platform teams or delivering complex financial systems, along with expertise in Node.js, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, AWS, Terraform, event-driven architectures, and financial platforms.
