Description
Tekion is hiring a GenAI Quality Engineer to build and maintain automated evaluation, testing, and data-quality suites for LLM-powered products, RAG systems, multi-agent workflows, and classical machine-learning and deep-learning models. The role covers hallucination and bias detection, prompt regression, vector-database retrieval validation, model-metric monitoring, drift detection, API and service testing, MLOps integration, and release-quality KPIs. It requires 5+ years of SDET experience and expertise in Python, SQL, LLM evaluation frameworks, agent testing, vector databases, and CI/CD; cloud AI, MLOps, ML frameworks, infrastructure-as-code, UI automation, performance engineering, statistical testing, and synthetic-data generation are preferred.
