The role focuses on building, evolving, and maintaining scalable and reliable software, collaborating with cross-functional teams, owning the full software development lifecycle, improving delivery quality, handling incidents, and mentoring other engineers. The position requires strong experience with Agile practices, programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, or JavaScript, database design, RESTful APIs, observability, and software engineering fundamentals, with Portuguese and advanced English fluency.
