Description
Global-e is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for its logistics team in Dublin, Ireland. The role involves designing, developing, deploying, and operating high-scale logistics and order-management services in an API-first microservices architecture using Scala, Kubernetes, and AWS. The engineer will build distributed systems supporting fulfillment, labels, tracking, and millions of transactions; promote clean code, testing, CI/CD, monitoring, reliability, Agile practices, and cross-functional collaboration. The position requires 5+ years of experience building large-scale customer-facing applications and strong knowledge of distributed systems, databases, cloud infrastructure, and software engineering practices.
