Description
Metropolis is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for its AeroParker application development team to design, implement, and maintain backend services for a global pre-book parking and e-commerce platform. The role spans the full software development lifecycle, distributed systems, microservices, API integrations, testing, CI/CD, and high-volume consumer traffic. Candidates need a computer science degree or equivalent experience, at least seven years of software engineering experience, advanced Scala, Java, or related-language knowledge, and strong experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, databases, and cloud technologies. The position requires an office-first model with 2–3 days per week in the office.
