Accso is hiring an AI Software Engineer to work on consulting and software development projects for clients such as AXA, BMW, Deutsche Bahn, and ZDF. The role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using AI methods and tools, including LLMs, agentic frameworks, code generation, test automation, agentic workflows, RAG architectures, and AI system evaluation. The engineer may provide technical leadership and knowledge transfer, requires a university degree in computer science or a comparable discipline, practical software and AI development experience, and fluent German and English.
