Curai is hiring a Senior Software Engineer, Agentic AI to design, build, evaluate, and productionize machine learning and large language model systems for patient and clinician-facing healthcare products. The role owns end-to-end AI initiatives, including data, modeling, evaluation, infrastructure, and clinical impact, while partnering with clinicians, product, and engineering teams. It requires a technical degree, at least three years of engineering experience including one year building and deploying machine learning systems, strong Python software engineering skills, and practical knowledge of LLM techniques. The position is remote-first across the United States, with a base salary of $175,000 to $210,000 per year and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
