Description
ServiceNow is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for its Agentic AI Harness & Quality team to build and scale reliable AI agent systems. The role involves agent orchestration, sandboxed file systems and code execution, latency optimization, agent memory, LLM self-reflection, execution environment simulation, enterprise knowledge graphs, and multimodal I/O. Responsibilities include implementing frontier AI algorithms, producing production-grade code, contributing to the engineering roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring engineers. Candidates should have at least five years of experience designing and improving production systems, strong systems-thinking and communication skills, and readiness to work in Python, Golang, and/or Java.
