Description
ClearRoute is seeking hands-on software engineers to lead a strategic platform engineering initiative focused on modernising the path to production with an AI-enabled delivery platform on AWS. The role involves researching and implementing safe patterns, guardrails, controls, observability, telemetry, policy enforcement, and developer-tooling practices for enterprise AI-assisted development, while working across engineering, platform, security, and other enterprise teams. Candidates need strong software-engineering experience, broad knowledge of developer workflows and related technologies, and experience with enterprise adoption of AI-assisted development tools.
