Pearson is hiring a Senior Software Engineer – AgentOps to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade agentic AI systems. The role covers multi-agent orchestration, RAG and context-aware reasoning, full-lifecycle AI system ownership, cloud-native backend services, observability, reliability, governance, and production PoCs. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, 8–10+ years of software engineering experience with AI/ML exposure, Python and backend engineering expertise, experience with agent orchestration frameworks, RAG and vector-search systems, cloud-native AI services, and production agentic systems.
