Crimson Education is hiring an AI Engineer to build the core product and system architecture for a next-generation education agent. The role focuses on agentic workflows, backend and infrastructure systems, AI-native product foundations, developer tooling, evaluation systems, and production operations. It requires strong full-stack and backend engineering skills, high ownership, product judgment, and deep interest in AI agents and Harness Engineering. The position is part of a rapidly growing startup with flexible work arrangements, including the option to work from an office or remotely.
