Google is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to lead the technical strategy, architecture, and development of open-source libraries, SDKs, and developer tools for its AI Agent ecosystem, including the agent development kit (ADK). The role focuses on improving the end-to-end AI agent development lifecycle, resolving complex technical issues, mentoring engineers, and driving long-term architectural investments. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, five years of software development experience, and experience with software products, design, and architecture. The position is based in Poland and offers PLN 364,000–374,000 plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
