Description
The role is a hands-on production AI software engineer responsible for building session and context management, retrieval and grounding, document intelligence, multi-step agentic flows, speech and image input, evaluation, language interfaces, and security for IFS’s AI-driven enterprise software. The position requires production experience with Go or Python, SaaS and multi-tenant systems, GenAI and RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, MCP, cloud-native infrastructure, API gateways, and AI service optimization, with hybrid work opportunities.
