The Senior AI Software Engineer leads the design, development, integration, and deployment of AI-driven applications and systems, with a focus on large language models. The role includes researching AI technologies, clarifying business requirements, acting as a technical lead on large IT projects, mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, providing Level IV support, and maintaining AI development best practices. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least four years of application or automation development experience, and experience with two or more listed software technologies; a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems is preferred. The national salary range is $110,000 to $140,000.
