Description
The Senior AI Developer will lead AI-focused workflows across the software development life cycle in a broker-dealer systems and core technology infrastructure modernization program. The role combines GenAI coding assistance, agentic workflows, spec-driven development, prompt engineering, and production AI/ML implementation with large-scale Java, Spring, cloud, microservices, container, database, and CI/CD experience. It requires onsite work four times weekly in Austin or Southlake and includes leadership of other engineers in a collaborative environment.
