VARITE is hiring a Senior Software Engineer - AI for a six-month contract-to-hire assignment in Coppell, Texas. The role focuses on building scalable .NET/C# applications and AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Cognitive Services, and the Microsoft Agent Framework. Responsibilities include developing intelligent agents, applying prompt and context engineering, integrating RAG pipelines, orchestrating tool use and actions, managing agent memory, and evaluating autonomous decision-making systems. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, at least nine years of .NET/C# software development experience, and at least one year of AI and agent development experience.
