Description
Datarails is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to own product features end-to-end, from requirements and technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and production monitoring. The role focuses on AI-native development using AI coding agents, with the engineer responsible for reviewing and improving generated code and making independent architectural decisions. Python and Django are the primary technologies, but the engineer may contribute across backend, frontend, QA, automation, infrastructure, and integrations. The position requires a BSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience, at least seven years of production software experience, strong system design and cloud SaaS experience, and hands-on experience with AI coding tools.
