Together AI is hiring a Senior Software Engineer focused on AI Compute to build and own major components of its global GPU cloud infrastructure. The role covers GPU and network virtualization, in-datacenter IaaS services, distributed GPU scheduling, fault-tolerant monitoring and remediation, and end-to-end project ownership across design, development, and production. Candidates need at least five years of professional software development experience, strong backend and systems expertise, and experience with large-scale distributed microservices and infrastructure automation. The position offers a US base salary of $220,000 to $270,000 plus equity and benefits, with flexibility for remote work.
