Description
WorkHero is hiring a remote Senior Full-Stack Engineer to build product experiences and AI systems for its HVAC-focused back-office platform. The role covers React and React Native interfaces, Node services, tool-using agents, RAG and search, business automation, integrations, evaluation, monitoring, scalable infrastructure, and reliability improvements. Candidates should have production full-stack experience, strong React and Node fundamentals, LLM and AI-systems experience, modern database knowledge, and familiarity with infrastructure as code, cloud, and CI/CD. The position requires at least four hours of overlap with the WorkHero team during 11 a.m.–3 p.m. ET.
