Jonas Software is hiring one Senior Software Engineer to own the design and delivery of production AI capabilities across its software businesses. The role leads discovery, builds full-stack AI-enabled systems, modernizes legacy and cloud platforms, integrates with SaaS, ERP, and CRM systems, optimizes AI performance, and develops reusable patterns and training for business units. It requires at least five years of production software experience, API and distributed-systems expertise, AI/LLM exposure, full-stack capability, and comfort with AI coding agents. The role is scheduled for 37.5 hours per week and offers a base salary of $120,000 to $130,000 CAD.
