Description
OGP is hiring an AI Engineer for its AI Native team to build shared AI tooling such as sandbox runtimes, evaluation harnesses, model gateways, prompt management, and internal MCP servers. The role works with product teams to adopt AI-native workflows, including coding agents and AI-assisted review, and investigates new models, tools, and techniques. Candidates should have experience shipping and maintaining production software, building developer-facing tooling, coding with LLM-based development tools, and working with LLM APIs and agent architectures. The role offers flexible work arrangements and emphasizes autonomy, rapid prototyping, and learning velocity over specific frameworks, languages, or ML or data science backgrounds.
