Description
Everlaw is hiring a Senior Software Engineer, AI Platform to build and operate AI platform capabilities for legal technology, including RAG, semantic retrieval, model orchestration, agentic workflows, indexing pipelines, and multi-modal systems. The role collaborates with product, platform, security, and DevOps teams; scales systems across hundreds of millions of documents; provides technical mentorship and code review; fixes defects; supports on-call production issues; contributes to documentation; and conducts technical interviews. It is a full-time, on-site position in Oakland, California with an expected hybrid schedule of three days per week in the office and two days at home.
