SentinelOne is hiring a Senior AI Software Engineer to design, build, and operate shared AI platform services, including agent and MCP infrastructure, evaluation pipelines, and observability tooling. The role leads small-to-medium features, ensures reliability at scale, collaborates with product and feature teams, and mentors colleagues. Candidates should have at least five years of backend and distributed-systems experience, strong Python or Java skills, Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure experience, and experience with LLMs. The position offers a base salary starting at 4,500 EUR per month, with hybrid work in Prague, Brno, or remote work in the Czech Republic or Slovakia.
