Relativity is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build and own production agents and agent capabilities end to end across the full stack. The role covers tool design, prompts and context, structured outputs, guardrails, services, frontend experiences, evaluations, infrastructure, production debugging, and mentorship. It requires at least five years of production software experience, full-stack and agentic application experience, cloud development experience, TypeScript or Python, testing, and strong engineering fundamentals. The position is hybrid or remote within the United States, Seattle, or Chicago, with a stated salary range of $126,000 to $190,000 plus bonus and equity.
