Description
Nuix is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for its new AI engineering team in Sydney. The role owns end-to-end delivery of significant features and epics, applies security, performance, and DevOps practices, reviews complex code, contributes to architecture and AI/LLM agent capabilities, and mentors junior engineers. The position requires a degree or equivalent in a relevant field, typically 7+ years of software engineering experience, and strong backend Java and Spring or React/TypeScript expertise; Python, cloud, containerization, and AI/LLM experience are desirable. The role is based in the Sydney office with a minimum of three days per week in the office and the option to work remotely or from the Sydney office for the remaining two days.
