Description
Roku is hiring an AI Engineering Manager to design and implement secure, reliable AI-powered tools and platforms using large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and the Model Context Protocol. The role leads AI tooling and pipelines, software delivery, onboarding and mentoring, cross-functional platform delivery, incident triage, and engineering roadmaps. It requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, two years of software engineering or related experience, and at least one year of experience in each listed AI, software, systems, and performance area. The role may allow up to one day per week of telecommuting and generally follows an office Monday-through-Thursday hybrid schedule.
