Description
Experian is hiring an ESS ID&F Senior Solutions Engineer to advise regional delivery and support teams throughout the software development lifecycle, support client incidents, and contribute to AI-native automation and product innovation. The role involves SaaS and on-prem/hosted solution delivery, cloud and DevOps engineering, API and database work, customer advocacy, documentation, and knowledge sharing. It reports to a Senior Manager and requires hands-on AI tool experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with technologies such as AWS, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools.
