Millennium is hiring a Senior Software Engineer - Algo Development to build and optimize real-time algorithmic trading systems for equities and futures execution. The role develops a Java-based proprietary trading framework, tunes low-latency and high-throughput performance, owns automated testing and simulation, and partners with quants, execution traders, and technology teams. Candidates need at least seven years of experience in equities execution systems, execution-algorithm development, matching-engine and dark-pool systems, automated testing, and low-latency distributed Java systems, along with a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
