HomeToGo is hiring a Senior Software Engineer & Team Lead to manage a Consumer Product engineering team in Vilnius or Kaunas. The role leads and mentors engineers, improves product delivery, develops technical strategy, partners with Product, manages cross-functional requirements, addresses scalability and reliability challenges, and promotes AI-assisted development. Candidates need at least two years of experience leading engineering teams, proficiency in PHP or JavaScript/TypeScript and relevant frameworks, familiarity with relational databases, agile and OKR experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and English fluency. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €4,500–€7,500, health insurance, flexible working hours, and other benefits.
