Description
Apple is hiring a Software Engineer for its Data Solutions team to build and evolve distributed data systems supporting Apple Music, TV, and Podcasts. The role focuses on high-scale streaming and data processing, cross-datacenter replication, low-latency data movement, fault tolerance, observability, and cloud-based operational tooling. The engineer will own production services end-to-end, lead technical design, identify bottlenecks, and pursue independent research and proof-of-concept projects. The position requires at least five years of server-side Java development experience, distributed systems experience, and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
