VIVIO Health is hiring a Senior Engineer to build and ship production AI features for its clinical, client success, and member experience platforms. The role focuses on AWS Bedrock and related models, document OCR and extraction, summarization, decision support, knowledge bases, workflow automation, evaluation, reliability, and integration with healthcare data standards. It is a full-time remote position reporting to the Head of Engineering, requiring 7+ years of production software experience and strong Python, FastAPI, SQL, AWS, Linux, and healthcare-integration knowledge. The anticipated base salary is $165,000–$205,000, with medical, pharmacy, dental, vision, life insurance, stock options, a 401(k) match, and PTO.
