Description
The Backend Platform Engineer will build and maintain core components of the Eval platform, including virtualization and harness layers, agent plan-and-execute logic, telemetry pipelines, model orchestration and routing, friction-detection rules, Jira auto-ticketing, use-case normalization, and CI/CD regression pipelines. The role requires 5–8 years of professional software engineering experience, distributed systems or backend platform development, Python and Java (Spring Boot), GraphQL, React, LLM/agent tooling, testing discipline, and experience with virtualization, CI/CD, Jira APIs, RAG, vector databases, or policy-as-code.
