Accelerant is hiring software engineers to build core software systems, intelligent workflows, and AI-enabled enterprise solutions. The role involves developing scalable APIs, services, data flows, and modern web applications; using AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle; integrating AI capabilities into reliable, secure, production-ready workflows; and owning quality, reliability, performance, observability, and developer experience. The team uses React, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, and modern cloud infrastructure.
