ACV is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for its Platform Engineering group, focusing on the VIN Decoder platform. The role involves backend development, multi-cloud infrastructure, API and service design, database and SQL optimization, data models, third-party integrations, testing, observability, incident response, and production support. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least seven years of Python programming experience, five or more years with cloud platforms, Terraform, continuous integration, system architecture, in-memory data processing, domain-driven design, API integration, authentication and authorization, asynchronous data flows, and SQL optimization. The position requires Eastern Time working hours and does not provide immigration or work visa sponsorship.
