AECOM is hiring multiple Senior Software Engineers for its AI Engineering team to build production software powering AI-driven infrastructure and building engineering products. The role focuses on backend services, APIs, data flows, system architecture, deployment, monitoring, reliability, and production support, with possible involvement in model integration, AI workload optimization, and ML pipelines. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience, strong Python skills, production-system ownership, system-design judgment, and software-development practices; AI/ML, cloud, platform, distributed systems, and observability experience are preferred.
