Alarm.com is hiring a Senior Software Engineer – Access Control to design, develop, and optimize full-stack access control solutions, lead technical projects, make architectural decisions, and mentor junior engineers. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, at least five years of professional software development experience, strong object-oriented programming skills, backend and API development experience, database and testing expertise, and familiarity with distributed systems and IoT or embedded systems. The position offers a base salary of $112,650–$147,801 USD, medical and HSA benefits, and an office-based schedule of four days per week.
