Description
The Senior Software Engineer will provide team-wide technical leadership across the EnCore ERP platform, owning complex projects and major features, guiding architecture and incremental modernization of legacy C# systems, and establishing standards for database governance, testing, code review, observability, deployment safety, and incident response. The role also includes mentoring developers, coordinating with product and business stakeholders, and integrating AI tools such as Claude and Copilot into the development lifecycle with appropriate validation, security, and governance. The platform supports manufacturing operations, financial transactions, inventory, and shipping workflows.
