Nova Foundations is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and operate core financial infrastructure systems, including ledgers, bank and payment integrations, ACH and wire transfers, KYC, and secure PII handling. The role owns systems from design through launch and on-call operation, with a focus on correctness, auditability, security, reliability, data modeling, and service APIs. The position is based in the San Francisco engineering hub with a hybrid in-office model requiring at least two days per week, and offers a base salary of $200,000+ annually plus benefits and equity.
