Description
Arlo is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build and ship AI-powered features across its web and mobile applications for healthcare members. The role involves full-stack development using Python, Postgres, TypeScript, React, and React Native; integrating LLM agents into conversational user interfaces; and owning features from backend APIs through modern frontends. Candidates should have a strong track record of shipping high-quality consumer applications, product intuition, experience leading 0-to-1 products, and fluency with modern engineering practices. Prior healthcare or fintech experience and strong design skills are preferred. Compensation is $230,000–$250,000 plus equity.
