Arm is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for its UK methodology team to develop internal tools and software that support silicon development, chip design analysis, timing constraints, and silicon implementation. The role involves building robust engineering workflows, developing algorithms, integrating with EDA tools and compute infrastructure, and contributing to technical direction through architecture discussions and code review. Candidates should have strong software engineering and Python experience, knowledge of algorithms and software architecture, and experience with Linux, version control, testing, and CI. A relevant STEM degree or equivalent professional experience is required, while VLSI, semiconductor, EDA, digital design, and processor architecture experience are advantageous.
