Description
Aspire is hiring a remote Senior Software Engineer to build and maintain backend services, automation workflows, Salesforce integrations, AI SDR automation, and GTM data platform capabilities. The role requires 5+ years of backend engineering experience, Java or Python proficiency, REST API and webhook development, Salesforce and CRM automation experience, and familiarity with JIRA and agile delivery. Candidates must be available for core working hours of 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. CT and are open to candidates in LATAM.
