Description
Axon is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to lead architecture design reviews, evaluate AI-generated code and patterns, mentor engineers, and drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools and workflows. The role focuses on highly available, scalable cloud services, backend development in managed languages, SQL or NoSQL data stores, and the use of AI systems to improve performance, observability, and operational efficiency. It is based in the Bucharest office on a hybrid schedule with onsite work Tuesday through Friday and remote work on Mondays.
