Axon is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to lead architecture design reviews, code and architecture reviews, and mentoring of engineers in a cloud-services and AI-first engineering environment. The role focuses on designing highly available and low-latency services, integrating AI-assisted development tools, improving engineering workflows, and collaborating with Product, Design, and Engineering. It is based in Axon’s Ho Chi Minh City office on a hybrid schedule and requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, plus at least six years of professional software development experience.
